01 Introduction & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the mbk48 platform and all of its services. By registering an account, logging in, or playing any game on this platform, you are considered to have fully and unconditionally accepted these Terms.

mbk48 operates as a safe and reliable online gaming platform for Bangladeshi players. We are committed to providing the highest level of protection to users through SSL encryption and fair play assurance.

02 User Eligibility

To open an account and use services on mbk48, you must meet the following conditions:

You may hold only one account on mbk48. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

Participation by minors is strictly prohibited. If anyone opens an account by providing a false age, that account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

03 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account on mbk48, you must complete the registration form with accurate personal information. mbk48 may request identity documents or other paperwork at any time for verification purposes.

3.2 Password Protection

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. Report any unauthorised access to your account to our support team immediately.

3.3 Account Verification

To process withdrawals or conduct transactions above a certain limit, mbk48 may request a copy of a photo national ID card or passport as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. This process is in place to ensure the security of your account.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mbk48 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major commercial banks such as Dutch Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

4.2 Minimum Limits

Minimum deposit: ৳500 (the same for every method)
Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, delays may occur due to account verification or other administrative reasons.

4.4 Prohibited Activities

Funds deposited must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits or withdrawals through third parties are not acceptable. If money laundering or other unlawful financial activity is suspected, mbk48 may suspend or cancel any transaction.

05 Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on mbk48 can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.

Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200
Example 2: Deposit ৳14,000 or more and the bonus is capped at ৳8,000 → total balance ৳22,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not the sum of deposit and bonus).

Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 in total wagering required before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

Each bonus offer may be used once only.
Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts or third parties is strictly prohibited.
mbk48 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.
If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

06 VIP Program & Cashback

mbk48's VIP program has five tiers. The weekly cashback benefit for each tier is listed below:

Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

You can advance to higher tiers through regular active participation. Detailed information on VIP benefits is governed by separate terms, which mbk48 may modify at any time.

07 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the mbk48 platform are developed and operated by recognised software providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming). Results are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is fully impartial.

If a technical error occurs during a game, that round will be considered void and the wagered amount will be refunded. Attempting to exploit software errors or engaging in any other fraudulent activity may result in account closure.

7.1 Prohibited Activities

Playing games through bots or automated software.
Colluding with others in an attempt to harm the platform.
Artificial transactions intended to abuse the bonus system.
Attempting unauthorised access to mbk48's servers or network.

08 Limitation of Liability

The mbk48 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. mbk48 will bear no liability in the following circumstances:

If gameplay is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a technical fault.
If the user's own password or login details fall into the hands of a third party.
If the service is unavailable due to external causes (natural disaster, government directive, etc.).
For issues arising from a fault on the part of a third-party game provider.

In any dispute, mbk48's decision will be considered final; however, users may raise an objection through the support team.

09 Privacy & Data Protection

All data transfers are secured using SSL encryption technology. mbk48 will never sell or share your personal information with third parties, except where required by law.

10 Responsible Gaming

mbk48 firmly believes in responsible gaming. Online gaming should be for entertainment — never as a solution to financial problems.

If needed, you may request mbk48 to temporarily or permanently close your account at your own discretion.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

mbk48 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

Violation of any provision of these Terms.
Registration using false or incorrect information.
Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
If the user is proven to be a minor.
Operating multiple accounts.

In the case of permanent closure, any verified remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned — however, if fraud is proven, it may be forfeited.

12 Dispute Resolution

13 Miscellaneous Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms and the related policies (Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy) constitute the entire agreement between mbk48 and the user.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, it will not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions.

13.3 Waiver

If mbk48 does not enforce a particular term in a specific instance, this will not be considered a general waiver of that term.

13.4 Language of Communication

These Terms are drawn up in Bengali. In the event of any conflict between a translation and the Bengali version, the Bengali version will take precedence.
